RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
1. Within 14 days - Contact us to inform us you wish to return/exchange and to confirm return address.
2. Complete the return form
3. Pack order in original packaging and include the returns form

INTERNATIONAL - Please mark as a return with no commercial value to avoid unnecessary customs charges.

REFUNDS
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with the choice they have made. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or the delivered product does not match with your specifications, or you find a manufacturing defect you have the right to cancel your order provided you give us written notice within 14 working days of receipt. This 14 days period starts from the date the goods have been signed for. The notice of contract cancellation must be given in writing, stating your full name and order ID as the subject reference to atelierfrittelloni@gmail.com or by post. Please email atelierfrittelloni@gmail.com for address.
We will issue you with a refund for your order excluding shipping costs and customs charges. In return, you must return the product(s) to us in a new and unused condition, with the original label, tags and hygiene stickers attached, within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please fill out and include the exchange/returns form supplied with your order Shipping/postage costs to send back goods are charged to the customer. Please ensure that you use a courier or a registered service to send back goods, and for international orders, please mark the goods as 'returned goods' to avoid incurring any unnecessary import duty or customs charges. We suggest that you insure the goods as they are within your care and you are liable for any damages to the goods while in transit back to us. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain and/or send us proof of return, such as a postal receipt or consignment note.
Atelier Frittelloni will contact you within 48 hours (with the exception of weekends and public holidays) of receipt of the returned goods. A refund (less shipping costs) will be issued subject to the returned goods meeting the conditions listed in the paragraph above.
EXCHANGES
We currently consider exchanges on a case by case basis. We do try to accommodate your exchange requests, however, this is not always possible, particularly when stock levels are very low. If you would like us to consider an exchange, please email atelierfrittelloni@gmail.com stating your full name and order ID as the subject reference, and details of the proposed swap.
Alternatively, please return the item following the refunds procedure above, and place a new order. Please note, relevant return charges will apply and delivery will be charged for your new order.
